My friend Mike A from Boston stayed at my house last night. It was, as always, a joy to spend time with him. He told me a humorous little story about Nick D's generous basket and the appearance it made on FOX TV in Boston during a clip about American Idol. Another reason for TIVO.
Starr Jones looks horrible, there I have said it.
Firmfit was great this am, Mike did a workout while I was spinning. At least he said he did, he was terribly dry.
