you both got your style
Apparently Steve has been reading my blog again, keeping tabs on the firmfit, although he has not bothered to leave a comment which is frankly a little hurtful. So here is the update, lower body today......ouch. I am going to take a full spin class after firmfit tomorrow, at least that is the plan as of today we will see what happens tomorrow. I have already seen a huge difference, the hole in the belt has changed, clothes are fitting differently(better), my energy is up(not that I really care, this is all for cosmectic purposes), all my recent yoga work has made me much more flexiable- and far more serene, if you know what I am saying.
I finally got to see the Sound of Music episode of Will and Grace last night. After many episodes which have been aggresively mediocre I was thrilled to be laughing at the show again. I had heard about this episode, but missed it the first time around. Will's reaction to drinking whole milk was classic.
We are planning my 40th birthday party this weekend, so if you want an evite forward you e-mail, or your snail mail address if you want a hard copy.
