Alice the camel has two humps
Great night last night, of course it was Prison Break and so good to spend time with Wentworth Miller. Dan came over for some tuna steaks. The weather here is gloriousm windows open and the breeae running through my house. I love to sleep with the windows open and had a deep, restful sleep last night.
Firmfit today was spin and yoga, after doing lower body today I was not really looking forward to jumping up on a bike, but once there had a blast. Speaking of yoga, I had a very delightful, shall we say run in, with a 21 year old yoga instructor this past weekend. Damn, was there some amazing flexibility! It has been a long time since I have seen the inside of a college dorm room, I remember more grateful dead posters but my memory is a little hazy.
And why is todays guy not smiling? If I owned that beautiful camel pillow I would be grinning from ear to ear all day long!
