all alone in the moonlight
Wow, apparently there are a couple of people who get upset if I don't post. Here you go Melissa, hope you are happy now!
I was at a seminar this morning on sobriety support for adolescents looking to return to acedemic settings following inpatient treatment. I laughed, I cried, it was better then Cats. In all seriousness, it was incredibly interesting. So many laws, which are in place to protect patients rights get in the way when people are trying to help, especially when it comes to adolescents.
Spinning and yoga this am at firmfit. I tried on a bunch of clothes last night( I had to dress up for the seminar) and all my clothes are fitting differently. That is sweet.
