wearing lipstick and heels
So, I had my initial assesment for the FirmFIt last night. Nothing for the ego better then standing shirtless in front of a huge mirror as a buff personal trainer type measures your back fat...really I recommend this for everyone, especially on days when you are feeling insecure, unattractive and/or unlovable. It does wonders. I did learn some very interesting things already about posture and am trying to make some adjustments right off the bat. Apparently I have been walking incorrectly all my life which has made my hamstrings tighter then my glutes, which would explain my dating history.
Most alarming was how much weight I have managed to put on, I am simply enormous. Not quite ready for my Girth and Mirth membership, but I think that is merely a Little Debbie away. Anywho, as my friend Bryan loves to say, it is time for some changes and that is almost always a good thing. 40 is less than 2 months away and things are going to be different.

You had me at "Getting To Know You" which you posted in your blog on February 28, 2005. I know it seems odd, but tuning in every day and seeing your smiling face on my screen makes me a little warm inside. I think that you are perfect just the way you are!

Wow! Semi permanent make up has alot of uses! But did you know that a woman consumes over 4 to 9 lbs of lipstick in her lifetime! Here is the link that I found that shows all of the research:
