lilac waters bathe her skin

I saw a woman today on my way into work who gave me a good reminder that fashion is fleeting.Coming out of Starbucks in Calhoun Square, looking all "I am so stylish", there was something terribly dated about the Roots beret perched on her head. I really think she should donate this to Goodwill, or Amvets, along with her benetton rigby shirt, coogi sweater and stirup pants. It is time to let this go, even on the off chance that she was a member of the olympic team it is time to put it away.
I am very excited to see my friends in Boston, especially looking forward to seeing Laura, Tushy, Mike, Nick, Hallie and Ellie. Dan has never been to Boston and I am excited about showing him around my favorite city. Plus this weekend is the Head of the Charles, which will be a great thing for Dan to see. Thousands of highly intoxicated BU, Harvard, MIT, Emerson and other ivy league types just looking to experiment. It is a good thing that I am a man of great virtue.
I recieved an e-mail from my childhood friend Gretchen M. yesterday. Now there was a flash from the past. I had a chance to take a look at her blog and see pictures of her family. Gretchen and I were pretty tight through that horrible experience known as puberty, so we have been in the foxholes together. I remember her fondly and was actually talking about her just the other day to some friends. The internet has made this a very small world. I am really looking forward to catching up with her.
