from your first cigarette to your last dyin' day

I have been thinking alot lately about smoking again. I quit smoking 8 years ago and every once in a while I start obessing about how wonderful it would be to smoke again.
Then it passes.
Fireworks were pretty, if short-lived past night. But after a long day I was glad to have it end and head home. I needed my sleep. It can be a challenge to come back to the office after a few days off. This is a short week though, so that makes it easier.

As a smoker, my advice would be to remember the sexy cigarette stains on your fingers. Or, the alluring scent that permeates your clothings. How about the fashionable hole from a stray ash in your favorite shirt? There is also all of the money from the uber tight budget that could have been spent on other more fagulous items.
Personally, I can't imagine waking up without the "smoker's hangover," not feeling quite right until I've had those first TWO cigarettes. (Yup, I'm one of those really BAD cases.)
Indeed, smoking is sexy, alluring, fashionable and totally fagulous. I would definately encourage you to start immmediately.
Want to bum a smoke?

don't do it! don't pick up the cigs again! think of how much better your breath is without out them and how much better food tastes! ;) seriously, though ... glad you managed to stay off of them for so long and keep it up, man.

They said that you still get cravings every now and then. Something about 'triggers', something that reminds you of how you felt when smoking a ciggie. Or something like that.
It's been 3 months since I quit smoking. But I'm still not celebrating, I have the nagging feeling that I may light one up one of these days.
